Professional Development Opportunities
The Pyramid Model Consortium is now offering open TPOT Reliability Training to Early Childhood providers!
Developed by the creators of the Pyramid Model for classrooms enrolling children 2–5 years of age, the TPOT™ is an in-depth tool that provides information on how well teachers are implementing practices related to universal, targeted, and individualized supports. This reliability training will provide support for your internal coach to conduct a classroom observation and teacher interview, uncovering detailed information about the quality of 14 key teaching practices, noting red flags that indicate areas for immediate support, and observing how teachers respond to challenging behaviors.

Prerequisites to attend a TPOT Reliability Event:
- Completed Preschool Pyramid Model Practices Training
- Practice-Based Coach Training
- TPOT Manual is required (can be purchased independently or as part of registration)
This training opportunity is designed for individuals or small groups looking to become reliable in the TPOT. The cost to attend a TPOT training is $300 per person, plus the cost of the TPOT manual. Modeled after the Teaching Pyramid Observation Tool (TPOT™) for Preschool Classrooms, TPITOS is for early childhood center-based programs caring for infants and toddlers. Focusing on teacher practices and classroom environment variables, TPITOS measures how well your program’s staff is fostering responsive, nurturing relationships with children and promoting strong social-emotional development in their earliest years.

- Completed Infant/Toddler Pyramid Model Practices Training
- Practice-Based Coach Training

The Pyramid Model Consortium is now offering Practice-Based Coach Training to Early Childhood providers!
Join us for a 1-day skill building workshop designed to support individuals coaching around the implementation of the Pyramid Model. The training utilizes a nationally recognized framework of coaching known as Practice Based Coaching (PBC). During this interactive workshop, coaches will have the opportunity to explore how to build collaborative partnerships with coaches. In addition, skill building opportunities will be provided to help coaches learn how to develop (a) shared goals and action plans, (b) conduct focused observations, and (c) have effective reflection and feedback meetings.

Pyramid Model Implementation Data System Support
This section is dedicated to the Pyramid Model Implementation Data Systems (PIDS) technical assistance. At this time all office hours and targeted webinars are free of charge to attend.

Office hours are provided to ask questions, explore new parts of the data system and connect with other users.

Register for Targeted Topic Webinars
Webinars will be offered each month on a variety of topics from beginner level to more advanced sessions. Participants can expect a detailed, step-by-step demonstration of the selected topic in the PIDS system. Each webinar will provide time for questions and answers at the end of the demonstration.
This live webinar will demonstrate how PIDS can be used to record and track Master Cadre training events and activities.
