Aimee Ackley, MSW, M.Ed & BCBA
Aimee has worked in the field of early childhood for over 20 years. Starting as a teacher in a Head Start program, she eventually became the Mental and Behavioral Health Specialist where she was responsible for implementing the Pyramid Model program-wide in her Head Start program. She continued her Pyramid Model work through child care as the Positive Behavior Specialist for a mid-sized child care company, and then into state technical assistance systems for Preschool Special Ed (Part B) and Early Intervention (Part C) programs where she created professional development and trained Pennsylvania program coaches to support program-wide Pyramid Model implementation across all of Pennsylvania. Aimee began providing training and coaching with the Pyramid Model Consortium in 2016 and has been actively supporting Professional Development Networks in multiple states since that time.
