Erin Kalanick
Erin Kalanick has been in the field of early childhood education for over 10 years. She has worked in a variety of settings including a children’s shelter, child welfare services, and children’s mental health programming. Mostly recently, she supervised, supported, and coached numerous early childhood mental health teams across the state of Montana. As part of that role, she prepared, coordinated, and conducted various professional development opportunities to a wide range of adult learners in the early childhood field. Additionally, she facilitated community partnerships to maintain referral sources and collaboration, and maintained active participation in local and state early childhood committees and assisted in grant management, with a focus on program start up and strategic implementation for early childhood programs.
