Summer Edwards has over 15 years of experience designing and supporting data systems for nonprofits. After earning a Psychology degree from UNCG in 2005, she began her career managing residential programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. In 2008, she transitioned to managing the migration of data collection and billing systems to the cloud for a large nonprofit in Southern California.

Since then, Summer has focused on creating data systems that make it easier for organizations to collect and use information effectively. Before joining the Pyramid Model Consortium, she worked as a Quality Assurance Director and Database Administrator for a Montana nonprofit providing mental health and early childhood services.

Certified in Project Management by Cornell University, Summer has been training professionals on data systems since 2009 and is a frequent presenter at national and regional conferences. As the Data Systems Director for the Pyramid Model Consortium, she supports the implementation of the Pyramid Model Implementation Data System, helping programs better serve young children and their families.
