Overview
Build the skills to measure what matters. TPOT (Teaching Pyramid Observation Tool) and TPITOS (Teaching Pyramid Infant Toddler Observation Scale) give coaches and program leaders a reliable, research-based way to assess Pyramid Model implementation in the classroom — TPOT for preschool settings, TPITOS for infant/toddler care. This training prepares observers to reach scoring reliability, turning classroom observation into actionable data that drives coaching, supports program-wide fidelity, and strengthens outcomes for young children and the adults who support them.
