Training of the Trainer (ToT)

Overview

One of our goals is to support programs and systems to build internal capacity that will ensure the ongoing implementation of the Pyramid Model framework and practices.

Training of the Trainer opportunities are provided to agencies, systems, and individuals that already have an understanding of the Pyramid Model practices and are looking to build professional development capacity in their organizations or communities.

Foundational Content

This training provides instruction on the use of the Promoting Social Emotional Competence training modules for delivering high-fidelity training to early childhood practitioners. With the use of the 6 Adult Learning Principles, our national trainers will provide a general overview of the content in the Pyramid Model Modules, as well as highlighting key practices, terminology, and activities.

TPOT and TPITOS

This option is currently only available to state/country/regional systems. An application process needs to be completed to be considered for this opportunity.

Once approved a state/country/program TPOT and TPITOS Trainer is provided with limited authorization to provide the TPOT or TPITOS Reliability Training to participants within their program or state.
